Shipping Policies
Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping options:
- UPS Next Day Air
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Ground (Commercial)
It takes one business day to process all orders. All orders placed today will be shipped on the following day. Please allow one business day for processing when selecting your shipping options.
Our products are shipped out of two separate warehouses. Depending on the products you order, your order may be broken into more than one shipment. On the maps below, you can see the estimated transit times for our standard UPS Ground Shipping.

Shipping & Handling Charges
Our shipping & handling charges are based on UPS charges for weights and sizes of each product. Typically, shipping costs of an order of a single product shipped via UPS Ground Commercial will cost roughly $7.50. Additional products and express shipping options will of course increase the shipping costs.

Payment Options
We try to make it as easy as possible for you to shop with us. Credit cards, Company Checks, and Purchase Orders are accepted.

For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
Company Checks
- We accept pre-payment by company check. Goods will ship after the check is received and has been processed.
Purchase Orders

Sales Tax
State laws require we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the State of Arizona. All orders outside Arizona will not be charged.

Discounts & Codes
Occasionally, we feature promotional coupon / discount programs. Follow these steps for redeeming a discount.
- On the payment page of the Checkout Screen, enter the code exactly as it appears in the box next to "Gift Certificates and Discount Codes"
- Please note that all codes are case sensitive

Your Order
Emails about your order
After you place your order, you will receive emails to confirm and track your shipment. Below are examples of emails you may receive:
- Your Order has been received - This email confirms we have received your order. It includes your order number and other important information. Please keep this email for your records.
- Your Order has shipped - This email informs you that your order or part of your order has shipped. You may receive multiple emails depending on the items you ordered. The estimated arrival time and appropriate tracking numbers are included in this email for your reference.
- About Your Order - There are a few reasons why you would receive this email, including: difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship to the address provided, duplicate order, cancellation of order. Should you receive an email like this, please call us immediately so the problem can be addressed.
- Feedback Requests - From time to time, we send out customer surveys regarding our performance in fulfilling your order. This is done to find ways to better serve you.

Order Status
Once your order has shipped, we will email you regarding estimated arrival time and include appropriate tracking numbers for your reference.

Cancellations
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
- Item(s) not available
- Difficulty in processing your payment information
- Cannot ship to address provided
- Duplicate order was placed
- Cancelled due to a customer request
If your order is cancelled, you will receive a notice regarding your order via email which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in alternative products, please contact us by email for a recommendation.

Return Policies
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 2 business days of delivery at . Please supply the representative with your order number from the original confirmation email. Our representative will also need your email address and phone number. All About OSHA will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.

Returns
You must call to receive a RMA Number to get credit for returns.
Returns must be received no later than 14 days after receipt by customer. All returns will be charged a 40% restocking fee. All returns must be sent back in their original packaging in a resalable condition. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. You will be refunded the shipping cost only if the return is a result of a shipping error on our part.
